ADULTS MTB TRAINING PROGAM

At La Sorrera we offer adult training sessions from 16 years old in different disciplines: Enduro, Downhill, XC and Senior Team. Sessions are designed to improve technique, gain confidence, and enjoy riding in a friendly group environment.

ENDURO ADULTS - WEDNESDAY

Training sessions every two weeks, approximately 2 hours long, in different areas of Vallès Oriental (location sent weekly). All riders meet at the same location. MTB license or accident insurance required. E-bikes are welcome! ⚑

Goal: Ride medium-to-high difficulty enduro routes, improving downhill technique, navigation skills on variable terrain, and the ability to manage long descents, all while maintaining safety and confidence.

SENIOR TEAM - THURSDAY

For adults looking to improve technique, THE BEST OPTION! Enduro and skill training exercises. Training every two weeks, scheduled in the calendar. Recommended for riders with E-BIKE (or if you are very strong, you can join too).

Goal: Build a group and have fun, while improving riding technique with practical, dynamic sessions every Thursday afternoon. Overcome new challenges on varied terrain, developing key skills like balance, cornering, jumps, and downhill confidence. The ultimate goal is to tackle trails more safely and efficiently, enhancing performance in demanding situations.

XC ADULTS - THURSDAY

If you want to train and stay in shape, THIS IS YOUR GROUP! Exercises in our skill zone, followed by a ride through trails. Training every two weeks, approximately 1:30 h long.

Goal: Improve downhill technique on technical and complex terrain, working on bike control, body position, and confidence to tackle fast and technical descents. Balance uphill performance with better downhill management to improve overall route time and increase safety on all terrain.
