Training programs for all ages and levels: from beginners to competitive riders. Includes Pump Track, Enduro, Downhill, and XC Technique with small groups. 

Season: September – June

MTB Initiation (Ages 5–13)

For young beginners taking their first steps into mountain biking. Sessions focus on balance, technique, and confidence in corners and uneven terrain, using the Pump Track and skills area.

Pump Track Sessions (All Levels)

A fun and dynamic activity that complements downhill and enduro. Riders learn pumping technique, flow, and control on the trackβ€”ideal for improving rhythm and bike handling.

Enduro Training (Ages 5–18)

Weekly sessions focused on trail riding, control, and endurance. Riders develop essential MTB skills through values like safety, self-improvement, and teamworkβ€”always with lots of fun!

Downhill Training (Ages 5–18)

For those who love adrenaline and want to master downhill techniques. Two sessions per month dedicated to improving control, line choice, and confidence on descents. Option to train for the Catalan Downhill Cup.

XC Race Technique (Advanced Level)
