DO YOU WANT TO LEARN THE TECHNIQUES OF ENDURO/DOWNHILL?

Twists, jump technique, balance,irregular terrain drivining, braking, repair and maintenance, psychomotility, downhill safety and above all free air fun
You will learn all this through games and learning techniques in the hands of experienced in Enduro and Downhill.
Directed for boys and girls from 10 to 16 years old. Competition of Catalan Cup.


OPTION A

4 Thusdays month  17:30 to 18:30 h

2 Saturdays month  09:30  to 14:00h

Starts: First Thusday of October.

Ends: Last Thusday of June.

Price: 75 euros/month.

OPTION B

2 Saturdays month  09:30  to 14:00h

Starts: First Saturday of October.

Ends: Last Saturday of June.

Price: 60 euros/month.

EXTRA SCHOOL ACTIVITY

Focused by the smallest of the house (6 a 12 anys) where they will enjoy the bike on the Pump Track  of La Sorrera Bike Park.

The first steps, techniques and positioning of Enduro and Descent are taught. To perfect and to take confidence in the twists, jumps, irregular terrains, everything corrects the position on the bicycle and the placing of the pedals
